These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of staystrategy.co (the "Site"), published by StayStrategy, a LaCo Ventures LLC venture ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site provides information for hospitality operators: a course, a visibility check, city reports, a workbook, and a library of articles. These are free to use. Using the Site does not make you our client.
If we offer paid products or services in the future, they will be governed by the terms presented with them at the time of purchase, in addition to these Terms.
2. Information only
Everything on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not written for your specific business.
City reports summarize local rules, events, and other facts that change. They may be incomplete or out of date. Before you act on a local rule, tax, permit, or licensing requirement, confirm it with the government office responsible for it.
3. No guarantees
Search visibility, mentions by AI systems, traffic, bookings, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including third-party algorithms and policies, competitors, seasonality, your pricing and product, and reviews. We do not guarantee any outcome from following anything on the Site. Examples and figures on the Site are illustrative and are not promises of results for your business.
4. The check and the workbook
The visibility check scores the answers you give it. It does not inspect your website or listings, and its score is a rough guide. The workbook and the course exercises are tools for your own use. What you do with them is your decision and your responsibility.
5. Third-party platforms and links
The Site discusses and links to third-party platforms and websites, such as Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or changes. Platform names are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
6. Using our content
The Site and its content are owned by LaCo Ventures LLC. You may read, print, and use the content for your own business. City reports may be shared freely and in full, with credit to StayStrategy. You may not sell the content, or republish other parts of the Site as your own, without our written permission.

If you give us your email address, we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BOOKINGS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THE SITE IS FREE, AND OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
9. Earlier client agreements
If you engaged StayStrategy for paid services before these Terms took effect, that engagement remains governed by the terms and any written agreement in place at the time.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
