This Privacy Policy explains what StayStrategy ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit staystrategy.co (the "Site"), and what we do with it. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
StayStrategy is an information site about AI visibility for hospitality operators, published by LaCo Ventures LLC. We operate from Florida, United States.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address, when you ask for the workbook
- If you ask for the workbook from your check result: the property name you enter, your answers to the check, and your score
- The page you were on and the time you submitted the form
- If the link that brought you to the Site carried campaign tags, which campaign and search term it named
- Anything you send us by email
Information collected automatically
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested
We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or conversion tracking on the Site.
Information that stays in your browser
The Site saves some things in your own browser's storage so it can remember them: which lessons you have read, what you wrote in the course exercises, which city report you opened, your first check answer, and whether you have already asked for the workbook. This stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health information, or precise geolocation), and we do not currently collect payment information.

- To email you about the Site, such as new or updated material (you can opt out at any time)
- To understand what readers need and improve the Site
- To reply when you write to us
- To detect, prevent, and address abuse, security issues, and technical problems
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
Service providers. We use vendors to run the Site, under terms that limit their use of your information: Cloudflare for hosting and for the database that stores form submissions, and email providers for receiving and sending email.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StayStrategy or others.
Business transfers. If StayStrategy is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share personal information with advertising platforms.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Site uses your browser's local storage as described in Section 2. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for security. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the Site still works, but it will not remember your progress.
6. Data retention
We keep form submissions and correspondence until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. You can request deletion as described in Section 8.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to us
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and disclose, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at chris@staystrategy.co.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing them information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
